We appreciate that our clients will continue to be very anxious about their court cases and other legal transactions. We have been designated as a business that provides essential services and we remain available to our clients. For our safety, your safety and the safety of everyone our office building is closed to the public.

Please contact us by telephone or email only. Our contact details can be found here.

Attending Court

The district court criminal law courts remain open for urgent cases only. Urgent cases are cases where the accused is in custody. If you are on bail you are not required to attend court. We will attend on your behalf and your case will be adjourned. We will make any necessary applications on your behalf and we will inform you of your new court date. If you have a new case before court please contact us and we will attend on your behalf. If you do not have legal representation we are happy to assist you. Otherwise, you should contact the court office attached to the court you are due to attend in.

All criminal cases in the higher courts (circuit court, central criminal court, special criminal court and court of appeal) are being adjourned to future dates. We will inform all of our clients of these new dates as soon as we are aware of them.

All civil law (personal injury, damages and employment law) cases are adjourned to future dates. We will notify you of your new court date.

We ask all our clients not to attend at Court for their cases during this crisis. We also ask that family and friends of persons in custody do not attend court also.

Conveyancing / Probate

We continue to work in the background to support you and to ensure that your transaction or application is progressing. However, please appreciate that for very good reasons many statutory bodies are either closed or with limited staff. Inevitably there will be delays. These are unavoidable. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
