Julianne Kiely
Julianne graduated from the University of Limerick with an honours degree in Law and European Studies and was admitted as a solicitor in May 2002. Julianne is a specialist in all areas of civil litigation, particularly personal injury and employment. Julianne is vastly experienced in criminal law defence and has advocacy expertise at all court levels.
Tom Kiely
Tom obtained an honours degree in Law and Accountancy from University of Limerick in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in February 2009. Since then Tom has obtained a higher diploma in white collar, regulatory and corporate crime from the Honourable Society of Kings Inns and holds a qualification in Financial Regulation from University College Dublin. Tom is a criminal and regulatory law specialist and advocates on behalf of clients at all court levels
Ted McCarthy
Ted McCarthy graduated from UCD in 1983 with an honours degree in law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and established his own practice, Ted McCarthy & Company, in 1989.
Ted has worked predominantly in the area of criminal defence litigation and child law. Over the last 26 years Ted has gained invaluable experience and insight at all court levels and tribunals. He is well respected amongst his colleagues and is acknowledged as one of the most senior and experienced solicitors in his field in the Mid- West region. As a result, he is often sought by colleagues for guidance and advice.
